Resul Pookutty, the oscar winning sound
designer, has won the best sound award for documentary "India's
Daughter" at the Motion Picture Sound Editors' 63rd annual Golden Reel
Awards.
This documentary made by BBC based on the gang
rape of a Delhi girl was banned in India. Resul Pookutty after receiving the
award, has shared his excitement on twitter and has dedicated this presigious
award to Nirbhaya's soul.
